On a toplocation in Westenschouwen, just 200 meters away from the beach and on walking distance of the largest woods of Zeeland, you can find the holiday villa De Duinpan. The house offers you a lot of privacy and is situated at the end of a tranquil street. Your children can play here in a carefree way while you enjoy rest and spaciousness. The diverse surroundings with beautiful nature and many cosy villages and cities make sure you always have something to do!
The modern living room is stylish and colourful and has an atmospheric woodburner, large windows and sliding doors to the terrace. The dining area can be found adjacent to the fully-equipped kitchen. You can find three bedrooms in the house, of which one located on the ground floor and provided with extra long boxspring beds. Furthermore, two luxurious bathrooms, an infrared sauna and separate toilets are present. A stairgate, high chair and babyset are also present in the house.
The house has a spacious garden that is fully enclosed. This allows you to enjoy fresh air and the sun while relaxing on the roofed terrace while the children and the dog can endlessly play. Parking spots and a bike storage are present.

Es war wie immer alles in Ordnung. Wir waren zum vierten Mal in diesem Haus und würden es nochmal mieten.
Sehr schönes Haus in Randlage der Straße mit Zaun um das Grundstück. Somit auch ideal für Hunde geeignet. Zentral gelegen zu Restaurants und kleiner Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Ebenso Zugang zum Strand sowie zu einem Waldstück in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar..
Haus hat einen großen, eingezäunten Garten! Ideal für Hunde. Außerdem ist die Lage super!
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!😉
Sehr gute Lage, nah zum Strand, aber auch zum Wald (wenn man einen Hund dabei hat).
Haus ist top ausgestattet, es fehlte uns nichts.
Supermarkt in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, gut sortiert für den täglichen Urlaubsbedarf.
Mehrere Restaurants ebenfalls in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Sehr schönes und hundefreundliches Ferienhaus.
Sind schon zum zweiten Mal da gewesen und für nächsten Frühling gleich wieder gebucht. Nah am Strand, schön für die Hunde und gut für die Menschen. Einfach toll!
Het huisje ligt aan het einde van het hofje, dus geen langsrijdend verkeer. In het huisje is alles mooi en netjes. Alles is aanwezig. Je bent zo op het strand.
De bedden zijn 1,90 (leek het) en daardoor voor mij wat aan de krappe kant.
Ik heb er heerlijk een week verbleven!
Es war ein sehr schönes Haus ( 5 Gehminuten vom Strand) in einer Sackgasse mit einem eingezäunten Grundstück. Also auch sehr gut für z.B. einen Hund geeignet.
Die Ausstattung war insgesamt sehr gut. Es hat alles funktioniert und war in gutem Zustand.
Übergabe ( Schlüssel) und sonstige Formalitäten wurden sehr freundlich und völlig problemlos abgewickelt.
Es war eine schöne Woche.
Gerne wieder
Wir waren schon zum dritten Mal in diesem Haus. Immer wieder sehr gerne!
Ein wenig schade ist die nicht unerhebliche Preissteigerung von Jahr zu Jahr.
