Deposit

Do we pay the deposit in advance or upon arrival?

This depends on the accommodation, you can find this information when booking.

When do we receive our deposit back?

If the deposit is paid in advance you will receive the deposit at your specified bank account number back within 14 days after leaving the property.

What is the height of the deposit?

The amount of the deposit is dependent of the rented accommodation. The amount can be found at the booking of an accommodation.

Pets

Are pets allowed in the accommodation?

It`s depending on the property, if pets are allowed or not. You can search for accommodation where pets are allowed. In the search field, "pets allowed"

Are there additional costs calculated for a pet?

Yes, there is an additional charge if you bring a pet, the additional costs are mentioned when booking.

How many dogs are allowed, if pets are allowed?

In our properties are a maximum of 2 Dogs allowed, wenn Pets are allowed in the propertie.

Children

Are there accommodations with additional facilities for children?

Yes, there are several residences with extra facilities for children.

There is a dartboard present but no darts. Where can we get this?

You can buy a set of darts in our office. The darts remain your property.

Is there a Baby cot / high chair available in the property?

You can find this on the tab Features. If these are not present in the property, you always have the possibility to order these extra when booking.

Is bed linen for the baby bed available?

No, this is not available,please bring your own with you.

Is there bed linen for children under 4 years available?

No, for all persons aged 4 years and older is linen available for children under 4 years of age you may reorder extra linen.

We already made ​​a reservation, can we still order extra bedlinen?

This is possible, please send an email containing your wishes, arrival date, the name of the property, and your reservation number. You can pay the extra costs by check-in. (Please note that payment is in cash you can not use a credit card)

Final cleaning

Are the cleaning costs included in the price?

You can find this information when booking your preferred accommodation.

Is it possible that we do the cleaning ourselves, and get a discount on the rental price?

If you rent over BHVK Leisure cleaning is always a compulsory purchase.

Which cleaning tasks we must do by ourselves?

When you leave your accommodation, please take care of some issues. These are listed in the informationmap which is located at the property.

Arrival

is there a route description to the property?

You will receive this information at the final booking.

Or wenn you check in at one of our offices.

Until what time can we check in?

You can check in until 17.00. In consultation later arrival may be possible. Please contact your local contact.

From what time can we check in?

You can check in from 15:00 hours during the months of July and August from 16:00 hours.

Where can we get the keys of the rented accommodation?

This instruction can be found in your confirmation email that you will receive after booking.

Departure

We leave on Sunday, should we therefore leave the property at 09:30?

No, if you leave on Sunday, you can check out before 18:00.

Please put the key in the letter box by your checkin office.

We want to check out the evening before our departure, is this possible?

This is possible, please leave the key in the mailbox at your "keyadress".

Let this always know to your contactperson at location, by phone or email.

At what time should we leave the property?

You need to leave the accommodation before 9:30. (except Sunday)

Which duties should we do before departure?

When you leave your accommodation, please take care of some things like:

Leave th house broom clean, emptied fireplace, empty dishwasher,collectand leave linens on the doorstep.

All these matters are also listed in the informationmap in the house.

Internet

What are the costs for Internet connection?

If internet is availabe in the accommodation, you can use this free of charge, unless otherwise stated.

Is there an Internet connection available in all accommodations?

Check this information at the desired accommodations.

BHVK Leisure encourages all owners to connect a WIFI Internet connection.

Bed linen

Should we bring our own bed linen?

It is not neccessary to bring your own bed linen, because this is available in the accommodation and it is a mandatory enrollment by BHVK Leisure.

For the specified number of persons over 4 years there is bed linen available in the house.

For children under 4 years, you can order extra bed linen or you can bring your own.

What's in a linen package

Bed linen set includes 1 duvet cover, 1 pillowcase and bottom sheet.

We want to bring our own linen, do we get then discount on the rent?

You can bring your own linen, however, you can not claim any discount or refund on the rent.

Our children are 3 years, they sleep on a "big" bed, can we order linen for these chidren?

While booking, you may want to order extra bed linen.

We already made ​​a reservation, can we still order extra bedlinen?

This is possible, please send an email containing your wishes, arrival date, the name of the property, and your reservation number.

Please pay the extra cost when you check-in. (Please note that payment is in cash and you can not use a credit card).

Is it possible to rent towels?

Yes, you can when booking, rent towels as an optional extra rent.

A towel set contains 2 large towels and 1 small towel.

Are the bed linen and any additional options selected, already in the accommodation when we arrive?

Linen and additional options chosen by you are in the accommodation.

Can we rent kitchen towels?

Yes, you can when booking, choose dishcloths as an extra option.

The kitchen package contains 2 tea towels and 2 towels.

Smoking

It is allowed to smoke in the accommodation?

No, smooking isn`t allowed in our accommodations.

Inventory

Which inventory is available at the property?

At the overview tab of your preferred accommodation, you can see which contents are available at the property.

Are there bicycles available at the property?

If bicycles are mentioned at the accommodation, BHVK Leisure can not guarantee that these bikes are in good condition.BHVK Leisure takes no responsibility for bicycles.

Is there a barbeque at the accommodation?

It may be possible that a BBQ is available at the accommodation, however we will not mention this on our site because we can not guarantee the condition of the BBQ.

You can bring a BBQ or rent one in the village.

Is there an inventory list available in the accommodation?

If there is a list, you can find this in the informationmap that is present in all accommodations of BHVK Leisure..

Payments

When should we pay?

If you want a binding reservation you must make a (remit) payment using one of the online payment options.

We have paid the first term. When should we pay the 2nd term?

2 Months before arrival you have to pay The 2nd Term.

In time You will receive a message through email. You can always find the information in "My BHVKLEISURE.COM"

Can we first make an advance payment?

Indien de periode van aankomst langer is dan 3 maanden kunt u eerst een aanbetaling doen.

Het restantbedrag dient u 2 maanden voor aankomst te voldoen.

Indien u reserveert binnen 3 maanden dient u het volledige bedrag te voldoen.
