The living has a nice seating corner and borders to a cosy area next to the fireplace where you can comfortably sit while reading a book. The open kitchen is modern and fully-equipped and has an adjacent dining area. The house has three bedrooms with comfortable beds and two modern bathrooms of which one has a tub and the other has a shower.
The garden is an ideal place to enjoy the outdoor life, the weather and the squirrels passing by. Here, you can fully unwind! You can relax in the luxury lounge or enjoy your meal outdoors whenever the weather allows it. There is a parking present which is suitable for two cars.

Fijne plek om totaal te ontspannen. Heerlijk rustig, veel privacy.
Ideale ligging voor wandel en fietsvakantie.
Voor mensen die de bossen en rust opzoeken is deze bungalow echt een aanrader. In de directe omliggende omgeving is er veel te doen en te bezoeken (buiten corona tijd) en zijn er vele mogelijkheden om te fietsen, winkelen en vlakbij is er een evenementen park.
Fantastisch huis in een mooie omgeving.
Compleet ingericht en uitgerust.
Wij hebben er geen last van gehad, maar de op afstand gelegen autosnelweg zou bij een bepaalde windrichting als hinderlijk kunnen worden ervaren. Let wel: wij hebben er geen enkele last van gehad.
Gelegen in een mooie omgeving: de Sallands Heuvelrug en met mooie steden binnen handbereik: Zutphen en vooral Deventer.
Absolute aanrader voor een zeer acceptabele prijs.
De bungalow biedt een mooie uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen en daar is een week te kort voor …
Mooie woning op een prachtige rustige plek. Comfortabele bedden en meubilair, mooie grote woonkamer. Met wat meer liefde voor de schoonmaak (haren in putjes, troffen volle vaatwasser aan, tussen de kussens van de banken vuiligheid) en onderhoud (gaten in de horren, oude vochtplekken op plafond en muur, een slaapkamer was in gebruik als opslag voor de schoonmaakspullen) zeer zeker een aanrader.
Een heerlijke plek in een prachtige omgeving.
Comfortabel huis van alle gemakken voorzien .
Aanrader en komen zeker nog eens terug!
