Sunny, detached house with spacious garden facing south. This house is located in the small and quiet recreation park “Zeeduin”, bordering the dunes of the nature reserve “Zeepeduinen”. Via the dune path near the house you can walk through the dunes and woods onto the beach (2km), or visit the watchtower (1km). This beautiful area is also very suited for cycling.
House layout downstairs: L-shaped living room with sliding door, seating area with sofas, open kitchen with (gas) stove, built-in dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, utility room, bathroom and toilet. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor.

Shops, including a large supermarket, can be found in the nearby village “Burgh” but also a little further away in “Haamstede”. Nearby you will find “De Molenberg”, with an approach golf course where you can play golf without handicap certificate. The Sportcentre “Westenshouwen” offers Midgetgolf, a bowling alley and in- and outdoor tennis.
Well worth visiting besides the North Sea beach is the nature reserve “Zeepeduinen” that features the “Domaniale” forest, the storm surge barrier (Oosterschelde) along with the isle and theme park “Neeltje Jans”. There are beautiful hiking and biking trails in your immediate area.
The monumental cities of “Zeeland” like “Zierikzee” and “Middelburg” are reachable by bus in less than 30 minutes. (Bus stop at 200m)

Burgh and Haamstede are better known as Burgh-Haamstede. Burgh and Haamstede are hardly distinguishable from each other and together form a wonderful place for longer stay. Beach, cafes, shops, everything is nearby for young and old an enjoyable holiday.

In short, there is a lot to discover on the bike in and around Burgh Haamstede.
Zealand's largest forest can be found on the coast of Schouwen-Duiveland. It is part of the natural monument the "Kop van Schouwen" and is one of the most beautiful areas of Forestry Commission.
