The garden has been newly landscaped in 2014. Besides a large lawn there is enough vegetation to ensure privacy. The entire property is beautifully lit during the evening and night. Ample parking space on the driveway for up to 3 cars.

Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms and a generous bathroom with a large shower, a sink and toilet. The bedrooms each have two single beds that can be combined into a double bed. Both upper floor bedrooms have a TV. Sufficient closet space is available in all rooms.

The ground floor has underfloor heating, upstairs has central heating. After renovation the property is certified with the highest insulation value, you are assured of excellent comfort throughout the year.

The house is located right behind the dunes and just a few minutes walk away from the beach. The wide Sandy beach of “Renesse” is beautiful and offers something for everyone. In the summer you can see the seals from the beach, sunbathing on the sandbank.

You can enjoy something to eat or drink at one of the restaurant, do sports or have a nice walk along the shoreline e.g.

Spending a lazy day on the beach with family or friends is still the main attraction for many.

Reaching the village will take you 10 minutes by foot or 5 minutes by bike. Recreational opportunities with nice or bad weather are abundant.

Interesting towns and villages can be found in the immediate vicinity.

Renesse is a lively seaside town where you could enjoy a wonderful holiday!

Pay a visit to the “Schouwse” beaches, accessible throughout the year and a worthwhile visit even during the winter months. The beaches are wide and filled with numerous terraces.

Nice shops and restaurants, free bus rides to the beach (during season, leaving from the “Transferium”) and an exciting nightlife are just a few of the characteristics that make “Renesse” an attractive holiday destination.

Renesse is centrally located along the stretched North Sea Beach that forms the coastline of “Schouwen-Duiveland”. Wide and clean beaches that are divided into different types like; family, natural, sport- & water sports, nudist zones and extreme sport beaches. For all these different types are specific rules to ensure visitors can relax in safety. The rules are conveniently located on signs at each of the beach transitions.

The enormous size beaches of “Schouwen-Duiveland” are well-known in Holland and abroad. Premium quality beaches are recognizable by the waving “Blue Flag” and are located on not just one but three locations on the island! The “Blue Flag” is an international prize that is annually awarded to those beaches that are both clean and safe. Current award holders are the beach transitions at “Jan v. Renesseweg”, “Julianahoeve” and the “Burgh-Haamstede transition” in “Westenschouwen”.

Divided among the entire length of 21 kilometers of beach you will find no less than 14 beach pavilions, of which some are also open in the winter or at least on weekends.

During the season, at the most crowded transitions in “Burgh-Haamstede” and “Renesse”, there is a fully operational post of the beach lifeguards staffed entirely by volunteers from around the country that like to combine the pleasant with the needed during their holiday.
