Due to the location and wooded surroundings, you can enjoy optimal privacy here and fully unwind. The direct and varied environment offers diverse activities, shops and restaurants so the whole family can enjoy a lovely holiday.
The house has a spacious living room with an adjacent seating corner and dining area. The kitchen is cosy and fully-equipped. Furthermore, you can find five spacious bedrooms in the house featuring plenty of storage space. Both bathrooms are provided with comfortable floor heating, shower and toilet. One bathroom also features a bathtub. An extra room with cross-trainer, table tennis table and table football game is present. The private sauna completes the house.
From the house, you can directly enter the sun terrace with seating corner and sunbeds where you can enjoy family moments and the pleasant warmth of the sun during the lovely summer months. You can even enjoy the outdoor life on the roofed terrace when the weather is less beautiful. Moreover, the large garden offers the children and dog the possibility to freely play around. Finally, the house offers two parking spots with double carport.

Location of the accommodation
It was great!!! We were a family of 10 (with 4 children between 7-11). The house is wonderful, the neighborhood calm, safe and quiet that let our kids go outside and explore (by themselves) the surroundings. The distance to the beach is the cherry on the top of the cake.
We will definitely are coming back soon.
Für unsere komplette Familie, 3 Generationen ist dieses Haus perfekt. Gut mit Rollator befahrbar, viel Platz für alle um sich auch zurück zuziehen.
Der Strandaufgang zu Fuss erreichbar, Renesse ebenfalls, so dass das Auto auch mal "Urlaub" hatte.
Abends gemeinsam kochen und beieinander sitzen.
Grosser überdachter Aussenbereich.
Für uns perfekt.
Es müssten allerdings ein paar Reparaturen bzw. Ausbesserungsarbeiten gemacht werden.
Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet, Kühlschrank super. Die Lage vom Haus ist toll, auch die Zimmer sind praktisch.
Es war leider nur ein Fernseher vorhanden, was bei einem großen Haus zu wenig ist. Auch waren nur 1 1/2 Liegen vorhanden. Das war schade.
Mit dem Strom gab es auch ab und zu Probleme (Steckdose geht-geht nicht).
Bin trotzdem begeistert und würde es auch nochmal buchen.
Haus ist super gelegen und für größere Gruppen wirklich klasse, man hat genug Platz für alle. Die Terrasse ist windgeschützt somit lässt sich jederzeit sehr gut Zeit draußen verbringen.
Ruime woning met grote living en echt ruime slaapkamers. Perfecte locatie vlakbij het strand en op loopafstand van het gezellige centrum van Renesse.
Heel fijn dat je twee honden mee mag brengen!
Een heerlijk ruim vakantie huis, op loopafstand van het strand.
Ruim voldoende serviesgoed, bestek en pannen.
Wij hadden een heerlijke week in dit familiehuis. De keuken is goed uitgerust, voldoende pannen en bestek.
Mooie ruime slaapkamers, met voldoende bergruimte. Mooie badkamers.
Enige minpuntje: je kunt niet met 10 personen aan 1 tafel eten, er zijn 2 tafels voor 5/6 personen.
Qua locatie is het huis aan de Scholderlaan een absolute aanrader!! Dit is een van de hoofdredenen om de Scholderlaan aan te bevelen.
Het is een groot huis op een groot ("eigen") perceel. Wij verbleven met z'n zessen, waaronder onze 4 kinderen (van 3-9 jaar) in dit huis. De beden op de begane grond (een boxspring en een twijfelaar) zijn dusdanig zacht dat wij er helemaal in weg zakten (ondanks dat wij een normaal postuur hebben). Wij hebben om deze reden bij onze kinderen in een tweepersoons bed geslapen, die stukken beter lagen. Daarnaast laten de gordijnen wat te wensen over, deze zijn dusdanig van kleur (licht) en niet gevoerd, dat wij iedere dag met het opkomen van de zon wakker werden (rond 0600 uur). Uiteindelijk hebben wij vuilniszakken met schilderstape tegen de ramen geplakt om toch wat langer door te kunnen slapen. Bij een duurder huis had ik qua inrichting (bed, gordijnen, meubilair) beter verwacht.
