Located on a nice spot on the tranquil and small-scale park Scalde Oort, you’ll find the lovely holiday home Scalde Oort 24. Due to the location near the vast beaches and the North Sea, this house is loved among sunlovers, families and active people. The diverse surroundings and the cosy neighbouring villages make sure that you can always find something nice to do!
The house has a modern living room with a pleasant seating corner and atmospheric fireplace. The dining area and modern, luxury open kitchen can be found adjacent to the living room. You can find different beach elements here that bring a nice atmosphere. Furthermore, the house has three spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms with shower and bathtub. The toilet can be found separately.
Through the kitchen door (the sliding door is out of order), you can directly enter the roofed terrace, so you can also enjoy the outdoors with less beautiful weather. The spacious garden offers a lot of privacy and is partly covered by green and partly enclosed. This makes it a nice place for children and the dog to play while you relax and unwind.
An amazing spot for families with children, pets or just the two of you!

Das Ferienhaus entsprach voll umfänglich der Beschreibung. Alles hat funktioniert. Der Zustand des Hauses ist sehr gut. Besonders ansprechend war die Architektur und die Einrichtung des Hauses. Ein Highlight war der Kaminofen. Die Lage war ebenso top, da man den Strand in nahezu 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen konnte. Das Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen. Mit der Agentur gab es überhaupt keine Probleme, alles hat ebenso gut geklappt. Jederzeit wieder.
Waren zum 2. mal vor Ort, alles bestens.
Die Betreuung durch BHVK wie immer grandios.
Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen
Tolles Ferienhaus mit fast kompletter Ausstattung. Ideal auch für Hundebesitzer, Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt.
Beschattung müsste repariert werden, Haus wird bei Sonne sehr schnell sehr warm.
Nachbarschaft sehr ruhig, zentral gelegen in alle Richtungen.
Kommen gerne wieder.

the house is great for a family. the stairs are secured by a child safety device and dishes (cups, plates) for children are also available. The floor is also very robust and forgives if something goes wrong. The beach can be reached on foot in 5-7. Pancake house, fish restaurant, pizzeria and more can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. as well as the supermarket for daily needs. all in all a good house.
Wir hatten eine super schöne und erholsame Zeit in dem Ferienhaus! Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Das Badezimmer ist sehr luxuriös mit einer großen Badewanne und einer separaten Dusche. In den Betten konnten wir gut schlafen. Die Lage ist super, morgens wacht man mit Vogelgezwitscher auf und hat trotzdem viel Ruhe und Erholung. Der Garten ist durch die Hecke nicht einsehbar und durch das Tor auch geschützt - wäre also auch optimal für Kinder oder Hunde, da diese nicht weglaufen können. Der offene Wohn-Essbereich ist sehr gesellig!
Mit BHVK war alles unkompliziert - so wie immer! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und wünschen allen anderen Mietern von diesem Ferienhaus eine schöne Zeit!
