This atmospheric and comfortable detached holiday home is located on holiday park Salvatorhoeve in Ouwerkerk. The house is situated near the water and in the middle of the creek area. It makes a perfect place to stay when you love hikes and cycling tours. Also, the cosy village Ouwerkerk can be found in the direct surroundings. Here, you can find a variety of restaurants, a small beach and the well-known Watersnoodmuseum. The neighbouring Zierikzee is also worth a visit.
The holiday home has an atmospheric living room with fireplace and dining area. The half open kitchen is fully equipped and very modern. Due to the large amount of windows, the house is very bright and provides you with lovely views over the garden and creek. The doors from the living room offer you direct access to the terrace and backyard of the house. Your children can play a game (on the playstation) or watch a movie on Netflix while you light the fireplace and enjoy a glass of wine. The house features two bedrooms of which one has a bunkbed and the other has a double bed with an extra trundle bed.
In summer, the garden offers a lot of space for the children and/or dogs to play around. The garden is facing south and allows you to enjoy the sun and your privacy all day long on one of the two terraces. The garden is partly enclosed by a fence and hedge. One side of the garden borders to the water.

Dit is de tweede keer dat we hier komen en zijn verliefd op de plek.... Hopen er volgend jaar weer te kunnen verblijven.. We hebben maar 2 aanmerkingen.... Wij zouden het fijn vinden als er een andere bank en een beter bed en matrassen zouden komen... Maar verder helemaal GEWELDIG!!!!
Raad het zeker aan....!
Die Lage der Wohnung ist wunderbar, die Ausstattung ist Modern und sehr passend. Wir haben unsere Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Einziges kleines Manko war das Laminat, das an einigen stellen stark nachgab und laut quitscht.
Voor rustzoekers is dit een heerlijke plek om te verblijven. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien zoals een afwasmachine, koffiezetters, kleine oven, ruime douche, en er is ook een wasmachine aanwezig. Buiten kun je heerlijk zitten in de mooie tuin en er zijn tuinstoelen met kussens beschikbaar. De aanlegsteiger is verouderd en best gevaarlijk voor kleine kinderen of ouderen.
We hadden onze kano meegenomen en heerlijk gevaren op de plassen van Ouwerkerk. Je kunt zo vanuit de achtertuin van het huisje je kanotocht beginnen. Op de ring van Ouwerkerk is een klein restaurant/café waar we heerlijk uit eten zijn geweest. Aan de zeedijk kun je heerlijk zwemmen of bij het strandje van Ouwerkerk. Let wel even op wanneer het hoog-of laag water is.
Zierikzee is een prachtige stad om te bezoeken en ga dan vooral `s morgens om de drukte te vermijden. Er is ook een prachtige fietsroute langs de Oosterschelde, kortom je zult tijd te kort komen als je hier bent.
Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, ideal als Hundebesitzer. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas älter, aber einwandfrei. Man kann von dort kleine Wanderungen starten oder in die nächsten Ortschaften fahren. Die Strände sind etwa 20 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt. Das Grundstück ist rundherum entweder durch Zäune oder seh dichten Bewuchs geschlossen - für größere Hunde auf jeden Fall ausreichend. Es gibt eine sehr moderne Waschmaschine+Wäscheständer und für die ganz mutigen ein Kanu um den kleinen See zu erkunden. Für eine erholsame Woche auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.
