Enjoying sun, sea and peace in beach house "De Zilvermeeuw"!
This luxury beach house can be found within walking distance of the beach and is a great place to enjoy the holidays with your family. Peaceful, child-friendly and near a nature reserve.
The house was newly built in 2020 and is equipped with all modern comfort and conveniences including floor heating and is therefore suited for a stay during each season of the year. The ground floor house has a cosy and bright living room with sliding doors that lead to a large terrace and the garden. Furthermore, the house features an adjacent dining area and open, fully-equipped kitchen with modern tools. The beach house has three spacious double bedrooms of which two with patio doors to the garden. Additionally, the house features two bathrooms plus a separate guest toilet. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
As the garden is completely enclosed, it is also very child-friendly and suitable for dogs. There is a spacious parking for at least 2 cars.
Enjoy the silence, comfort and nature in “De Zilvermeeuw” during every season!
This accommodation is not rented to adolescents (aged <25 years) and/or groups.

wunderschönes Haus mit toller Ausstattung. Der Garten könnte jedoch etwas liebevoller gepflegt werden.
Das Haus gefällt uns super gut. Leider hat es an Qualität in den letzten beiden Jahren nachgelassen. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist sehr abgewöhnt und die Wände könnten einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen.
Der Garten lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Er ist leider sehr vernachlässigt. Es gibt eigentlich keinen Rasen mehr. Auch die Bäume könnten einen Schnitt gebrauchen.
Es tut uns leid, denn das Haus war zu Beginn richtig super.
Wie kommen trotzdem wieder, da das Haus eine gute Lage und eine gute Raumaufteilung hat.
Das Haus ist sehr gut renoviert und liegt einen Kilometer vom Strand entfernt. Alles war sehr sauber. Allerdings haben uns Dinge gefehlt, die das Haus gemütlicher machen könnten:
Eine Decke auf dem Sofa (wir waren im Winter da und da ist es schön, unter einer Decke zu liegen) - Stuhlkissen - Stehlampen. Wir fanden das Haus etwas zu spartanisch.
Im Sommer fällt das vielleicht nicht so auf.
Trotzdem ist es sehr zu empfehlen.
Een bijzonder comfortabel huisje met een prettige uitstraling op een mooi plekje in Nw. Haamstede. Echt geschikt voor 6 personen.
Wir haben viele Jahre ein anderes Haus (in direkter Nähe) bei BHVK gemietet. Da dieses Haus erst 2020 gebaut wurde ist drinnen alles TOP. Schöne helle Bäder und eine schicke offene Küche. Ungewöhnlich sind die hohen Türen, ca. 2,4 Meter. Garten uneinsehbar und eingezäunt, super wenn man einen Hund dabei hat. Schade ist nur das der Vorgarten und der Garten etwas lieblos sind - da passt nicht zum Stil vom Haus. Wer ein modernes Haus sucht ist hier genau richtig !
Ein sehr helles, großzügiges und modernes Haus mit allem Komfort!
Ideal geeignet für einen Mehrgenerationen-Urlaub wegen zwei schöner Schlafzimmer mit Blick in den Garten und zwei Bädern.
Strand fußläufig erreichbar. Hunde erlaubt und Garten eingezäunt. Bestens!
